At JBH Architectural & Surveying Services, we offer a professional and reliable Party Wall service tailored to ensure compliance, minimise disputes, and facilitate smooth project delivery. With over 34 years of experience in the construction and surveying industry, I bring the insight and authority of a Chartered RICS Surveyor to every instruction.

Whether you are a Building Owner planning works that fall under the scope of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, or an Adjoining Owner affected by neighbouring development, I am fully equipped to guide you through the process. I undertake the preparation and service of Party Wall Notices using the latest RICS standard templates and act as Party Wall Surveyor in accordance with statutory duties.

Should a dispute arise, I also prepare and issue Party Wall Awards that are fair, impartial, and compliant, helping to avoid delays and maintain good neighbourly relations. My long-standing experience ensures that potential issues are identified early, enabling efficient resolution and a clear path forward for all parties involved.

Thermal Imaging & Humidity Damp Survey

We offer a comprehensive damp investigation service using thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, humidity and temperature loggers. Over a 7-day period, we monitor environmental conditions to identify condensation risks. Thermal imaging detects cold spots and hidden damp, while moisture meters confirm affected areas. Where necessary, water samples are taken to determine if the source is rainwater or a mains leak. This non-invasive approach provides accurate diagnosis and tailored solutions.
